No surprises – what we quote is what you get charged!

Shaw’s Law recognise that the cost of a solicitor can be a major concern.  The traditional method of charging by law firms is to bill by the hour. Shaw’s Law don’t bill by the hour. We give you a fixed fee quote upfront. Occasionally unforeseen work occurs during the course of a transaction but in those rare circumstances (which are rare), we will always discuss it with you upfront. We pride ourselves on sticking to our quote – which to be honest, can be hard to quantify at the outset without knowing the full extent of the matter or without having had sight of title deeds, however, we appreciate that you, the client, needs certainly with regard to fees so that you can budget and be sure about what the cost will be.  Shaw’s Law offer a free initial telephone or face-to-face consultation.
